Why the freight sits with us
Transport is often where deals in surplus stock fall apart. Anyone wanting to clear goods rarely wants to find a haulier and negotiate freight rates on top.
So collection rests entirely with us: we book the haulier, plan the date and carry the cost. No freight share falls on you.
For larger quantities or several sites we plan in stages. Interim storage is possible when your floor has to be free faster than the goods can be marketed.

Name site and quantity
Address, pallet count, loading situation, preferred date.

We come back with a collection window and say what is needed on site.

Collection
The haulier arrives, loads and signs off. By then the money is already with you.
Questions about collection
Will I be charged freight?
No. Arrangement and cost of transport are ours.
Do I need a ramp or a forklift?
Helpful, but not required. Tell us the loading situation and we will plan accordingly.
Do you collect nationwide?
Yes. Outside Germany please ask us; we settle that case by case.
Can you store goods in the meantime?
Yes, when your floor has to be free sooner. We agree that beforehand.
