Thonik was founded in Hamburg in 2025. What makes the company young is its founding date — not the experience behind it.
Hanseatic stock-lot trading, grown within the family
Trading in stock lots, surplus and insolvency goods has been part of the Lohse family for over 40 years. Under the name ToLo, Thomas Lohse was active for decades in import and export, salvage broking and the resale of surplus and insolvency goods.
Thonik continues this knowledge — as an independent company with a clear focus: fast, fair buying and discreet resale. The experience is inherited, the standard is Hanseatic: clear commitments, reliable payment, no fine print.
Thonik is run by Nick Lohse. The company is based in Hamburg, Hohe Bleichen — from here we buy nationwide and market at home and abroad.
