2. Processing when visiting the website

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (server log files such as IP address, date and time, page accessed). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

3. Request and contact form

When you send us a request via a form, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, company, email, phone, details about the goods and any uploaded photos) solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. The data is transmitted by email to our mailbox and deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies required for operation. No tracking or third-party reach measurement takes place.

5. Fonts

Fonts are served locally from our own server (self-hosted). There is no connection to third-party servers to load fonts.

6. Hosting

The website is hosted by a service provider within the EU. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent given at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
