Clearing a warehouse, completely
When the floor has to be empty by a given date, selling piece by piece does not help. We buy the stock as a whole and clear it.
- A quote within 24 hours
- 100 % paid before collection
- We arrange and pay for transport
- We buy despite sales restrictions
When the date matters more than the unit price
A lease ends, a site is given up, a range changes: then what counts is not the best price per article, but that the floor is empty on time and nobody is left sitting on remnants.
We buy the stock as a whole — mixed, unsorted, in any condition. Whatever we cannot market we pass on for disposal rather than leaving it behind.
A rough breakdown by product group and pallet count is enough for the assessment. For larger floors we come and look.
When a clearance is due
- Expiring leases and site withdrawals
- Store closures in retail
- Range changes with residual stock
- Consolidation of several warehouses
- Business closure and succession
- Floors that must be free on a fixed date
How the clearance works
-
Record the stock roughly
Product groups, pallet count, location, date. An estimate is enough to start.
-
A quote within 24 hours
One price for the entire stock, free and without obligation.
-
Paid in advance
100 % of the purchase price before the clearance.
-
Clearance on the date
We collect in full, across several sites if needed.
Questions about warehouse clearance
Is everything really taken?
The trading stock, yes. Whatever cannot be used we pass on for disposal.
Shop fittings too?
No. Shelving, store fittings and operating equipment are not bought.
Several sites at once?
Yes. We agree that during planning.
How short notice is possible?
Shortly after you accept. The earlier you name the date, the better the collection can be planned.
Offer a warehouse
Product groups, pallet count, location and date are enough.
